2 So, if you've finally acknowledged that you've been doing the same thing over and over again with the same undesirable results, and have reached the point where you're willing to not do that; what the hell do you do now? Just keep not doing that? I guess so. By not doing something, you're already automatically doing something different. Right?
3.a. Hopped on Mr. Jones bareback yesterday. Fear of riding totally gone. Thought, "Yep, I've fallen off before and will again, but, oh well." Breakthrough moment.
3.b. After hopping on him (which might be a strong statement, let's say, "awkwardly became astride", instead.) Noticed my hips seized up immediately. Became abundantly clear I've not been astride anything in any vigorous capacity in quite some time. Did you know there's a whole discipline of mounted yoga? New hobby...check.
