This week we updated our Search and Editorial experiences. We’ll review open, closed, and in-progress Artist Invites, highlight some of our recent Artist Interviews, and of course, share this week’s Art Giveaways.
Product Updates —
Search got a nice little facelift. Go give it a whirl.
Yesterday we rolled out some updates to the Editorial experience.
Titles are now using the lovely Atlas Grotesk Black designed by Carvalho Bernau. We’ve been using Atlas Grotesk Regular and Bold (and before that typewriter) and Black is a nice addition.
We added a few more Editorial block types:
Following / Trending: logged in you will see 5 trending posts from your Following, logged out you’ll see 5 trending posts from the entire platform
Invite / Join: logged in you’ll be able to send invites to Ello, logged out you’ll be able to sign up for a new account
Internal Link: links to other Ello pages and will open in the same window
We have more blocks planned for the near future.
