Friends, I am extremely proud to announce the launch of my latest project, Design Facts, a platform for sharing the inspiring, shocking, passionate, brilliant, revolutionary, carefully crafted and relatively young history of our craft, all in bite-sized servings.
It started as a simple Twitter feed and Flickr image repository but after 136 posts and over 6,000 followers, I knew Design Facts needed it’s own, unique home. With the help of developer James Walton, I created designfacts.org.
Rather than expected textbook factoids, Design Facts aims to uncover the lesser-known details of our craft. For example:
