I am a San Francisco−based painter originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. My oil paintings, based on experimental film photography, explore the themes of dislocation, transience, and memory. I exhibit throughout California, US, and Canada. My work has been shown at the de Young Museum, Berkeley Art Center, Root Division, Carnegie Arts Center, Mendel Art Gallery, and Void Gallery. In 2015 I was awarded a painting grant from the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation in Montreal. I received my B.F.A. in Studio Art from the University of Saskatchewan and my M.F.A. in Painting from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

What motivates us to behave a certain way? Why do we have sympathy for one person but not the other? Living with an anxiety disorder has given me new perspectives on these topics. Observing and analysing the people around me has become a big part of my daily routine. With the help of my art, I am trying to get a better understanding of people's minds as well as my own. I am fascinated by human interactions (or lack thereof) with all the ups and downs that come with it. The human mind is an endless, ever-changing source of inspiration for me.

Atolty was a wellknown copywriter, magazine maker, writer of countless scripts for television (Sesame Street), radio and theatrical plays. Recently he picked up the threads again of his favourite craft: painting. But now as an artist. He inherited his artistic name from his father who used it to send his mother love letters during World War II and after that when he was abroad. Atolty means Across The Oceans Love To You. More of Atolty's conceptual work is to be found on ATOLTY.com. He is represented by Art-Hub Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

Gershon Kreimer (@gershonkreimer)
Gershon Kreimer (U.S.A.) lives and works in Los Angeles. He graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film in 1999. His photographic nudes - stark, unadorned and unabashedly austere – reflect a profound respect for the model, or, as Kreimer would say, “the collaborator;” ensuring that the emotional intensity of every image remains intact, integral and entirely reflective of both Kreimer and the model. Kreimer’s images, stripped away of any distracting adornments, are monumental testimonies and tributes to the power of a singular emotion.
