I do not know the title of this paiting, so I am calling it La Bohémienne.
Back in 2012, there was a gypsy song festival in Sochi and I actually met a few Romani people. They looked beautiful in traditional clothes and all that jewelry! I guess in Brazil, Russia and some other countries, the Romanis have a bad reputation - they are said to be child abductors, thieves and a plethora of other bad adjectives -, which is rather unfair since these stigmas should have been buried centuries ago, when it probably started. They were very interested in my "Brazilian descent" and even allowed me to go backstage to talk to the only guy there who spoke English. I had the best of times, even though I wish I had learned Romanian beforehand in order to gather more information about them.
