"Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness" or DOMS. It's a geeky term for that thing where you exercised a part of your body and things seem fine and then 24-72 hours later, ow.
I guess the other term we need is something like PAMS: prolonged agony muscle soreness. My legs are STILL bitching. Damn, legs, the squats were 36 hours ago and the long ride was 48 hours before that. Get over yourselves! LOL.
