Nathan Head Photography (@nathanhead)
Nathan Head’s colour rich work captures the mundane in a refreshed nostalgic light. He is inspired by Korean pop music and it’s accompanied visuals, which is often reflected in his retro pop portraiture and snapshot style cityscapes. “My interest in Korean pop music opened my eyes to how music and colour can change the mood of an image or situation. Reboot by Wonder Girls is my go-to album for inspiration, both visually and musically it has shown me the beauty of 80’s visuals and fashion.”

Recent posts are from my graduation project titled Twenty-Four Carat, the series embodies a fine art approach towards fashion photography. In order to achieve this, I solely make use of analogue equipment, meaning I exclude any major retouching techniques. Through this approach I want to contradict today’s imperfect beauty standards by portraying my 'models' is their purest form. I
believe that those in favour of this act are setting the wrong principles by creating this false, futile idea of beauty.

Evan Mendel (@evanmendel)
Evan Mendel is a fine artist and mural painter based out of Los Angeles. His work deals with human emotion, often with imaginary figures that serve as vessels to communicate the feelings that Evan is trying to evoke. Beyond just the figurative aspect, the color pallet, composition, texture, and brushstrokes all serve a purpose in pushing the emotional narrative of each painting.
