• yesterday i made bread and it was tasty from chilli and paprika and salt and thyme but the texture was not that great and it took some thyme to make
• well i only just learned after the bread was finished that "punch in" the bread after it's risen doesn't mean knead it a million times but to just punch it a couple of times so maybe my bread will be better next time!
• i wrote my name "annabelle" in the bread but when it cooked my name sunk into the bread so you couldn't see it anymore
• if you were paying attention u can see 11% or less of the bread i made in a previous ello post
• i want to make sourdough but i don't know how to start it
• i have a toaster from the past!
