The View from Happenstance

Obviously, we had taken a wrong turn. The trail ended abruptly at the foot of a wall of sand. The dune was much higher than one would expect to see here, being so near to the coastline. It seemed very much out of place.
I was turning around, but the Hat hopped off her bike and scrambled up the sand. Never let a good vista pass by!
