"I Want To Be Dead": A Spoken Word Anthem For A Suicidal Generation
People kill themselves everyday. But many do not realize that being born is suicide. The day we are born is literally a death sentence. I have composed a spoken word song to express my own feelings about suicide. I have thought about suicide my entire life, just as I have pondered natural death. Many will say that suicide is a tragedy. But of course Pollyanna would say that. For many, life itself is a tragedy. One of my famous quotes, which is actually an axiom, is as follows:
"Being born is the most severe form of suicide. Not ending in a moment. But one moment ending for a lifetime".
Follow the link, read the words, watch the video, and understand that wrenchBiscuit isn't going to hold your hand and tell you it's going to be alright. Most likely it won't be. But I will give you the truth, and a glimpse into the mind of one who is tired of living. Does this necessarily mean I'm suicidal? Of course not you fucking retard! It necessarily means that I am an artist, that I have an imagination, that I am an intelligent person who understands that we can either grow old or die young. It necessarily means that I realize growing old is synonymous with a slow rot. I don't have a happy face to put on, and so you will have to find your own.
