Apparently, I'm an overenthusiastic plant parent. I've been watering/fertilizing most of my babies (albeit sparingly) three times per week. This has resulted in massive green growth at the expense of flowering. I just don't like the idea of my babies suffering.
However, I've now reluctantly cut back on the watering/feeding and trimmed back my pelargoniums. Everything looks 100% better now and even better with each passing day.
On the dating front, I've chatted with the male member of a nice couple in Virginia. We're in the process of setting up a date as soon as he has time off in which to drive up here to Maryland to see me. Tentative plans have been made for me to meet his SO. Lots of NRE happening here.
I've also got an Aerogarden coming today. I'm so excited about this. It'll be nice to grow my own food for a change outside of suffering basil. Once I get fully established with the machinery, I'm hoping to grow tomatoes and peppers as well as a variety of other edibles.
