there was this poem that i remember reading but i don't remember the name. i don't even remember any specific phrase, but it was written from the pov of someone who was trying to pull their lover out of their sadness by dancing with them to their favorite song but it didn't work. in my head i'll always see a woman in the position of pulling their lover out but i can't see who the lover is, if they're a man or a woman. there was one line i think that was something like, "but you're not here, today" or something like that.
it's been such a long day, a tiring day, tomorrow is going to be so much worse, but after that...i don't really know, but it can't get worse than how bad tomorrow will be right?
