We had a dramatic sunset last Friday in Japan. Fortunately, I was shooting Fuji from the top of Mt. Yakushidake. Initially, the northern sky above Mt. Yatsugatake became red. Then, the red part of the sky quickly moved to the south east where Fujisan resides. It ended up burning the western sky above Mt. Kitadake. It was an unforgettable sunset.
