My name is Zach Moldof. I was born in 1981 in Broward County, Florida. I grew up skateboarding , I started rapping in 1998, I got my MA studying sampling and avant garde music at NYU in 2007, and since 2009 I've worked as a Art/Brand/Creative Director with Vice, Mishka, Noisey, Complex, Linda Perry, Steep Hill Labs, and more. I've exhibited work in group and solo shows in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Humboldt, Oakland, and Los Angeles. My art is a depiction of of the world that lies just beyond what we know. I like to help people see the impossible so that we can all achieve the unthinkable.
I'm Jewish, a former drug dealer, a scholar, a rapper, a hustler, a survivor, a journalist, an activist, and many other things. Art is how I communicate with the whole world, while honoring every culture that has shaped me. These skateboard collages arose out of me re-connecting with skating and collaging. They've been a great escape, but they've also connected me with some amazing people in the skateboard industry here in Southern California.
