Giada Tagliamonte (zada tagli) is a visual artist whose practice focuses on shared spaces, customs and stereotypes.
Heavily influenced by Western and Eastern classical aesthetics, Giada's work merges painting, performance and animation into immersive metaphysical landscapes fluctuant in a limbo of nowhere and everywhere, no-one and everyone, now and never.
Tagliamonte's work has appeared internationally in galleries, festivals and public events including Contemporary Visions Video Art Biennale, Urban Design Festival (Toride, Japan), Institute of Contemporary Art Singapore (Singapore), 251 D-Park (Beijing, China), Center of Contemporary Art (Seattle, WA), Sartoria Bassani (Milano, Italy).
Giada Tagliamonte received her Master of Art Fine Arts from LASALLE College of the Arts in partnership with Goldsmiths, University of London in 2015, she was born in Italy and currently lives and works in Amsterdam.
